Return & Refund Policy:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a full refund to the original payment method, or exchange for a different product.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on (clothing) or be new and unopened (CDs).
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Contact Mike Campese MGMT via email with your order confirmation and description of products you would like to return.
After email confirmation from Mike Campese MGMT, package return and ship (at buyer’s expense) back to provided address.
Send all items back to us including a printout of the confirmation email with product description, price paid, method of refund (exchange or full refund).

How long will it take to receive your refund or replacement product?

Upon receipt of returned item, your refund or replacement product will process within 48 hours.

Who is responsible for shipping fees?

The buyer will pay to return the item.

How will lost or damaged returns be handled?

Lost returns will be the buyer’s responsibility. Please make sure to have tracking with your shipping method to ensure return is received by Mike Campese MGMT. Damaged returns will not be accepted. Please make sure to package your return securely so damage does not occur.
